Registration and fees

We are closing the Congress programme - we are not able to include any speaker who do not register until April 30. If you have not registered yet please contact us ASAP, (30. April the latest).

Registration is available ONLY via the on-line system. 
Accommodation is not booked upon registration.

The registration for speakers is open from Feb. 1 until March 31. 
The speakers should settle the payment before March 31.

In order to qualify for the "full and associate member" fees you have to be a member of EAJS or AJS and pay your member dues for 2017 and 2018.

The Organizing committee has a limited number of funds to support students, doctoral candidates and young scholars (up to 35) which can be used to cover the conference fee, partial cost of travel and partial cost of accommodation. Those grants will be offered mainly to the participants from the Eastern Europe. In order to be considered for funding, please send us the application containing list of expenses and their justification. The deadline for the applications is Feb. 28. The applications sent after this date will not be considered.

Early registration fee – payment deadline March 31
students - 250 PLN (approx. 55 EUR)
scientists under 35 -250 PLN (approx. 55 EUR)
Polish session coordinators -250 PLN (approx. 55 EUR)
full and associate members of EAJS – 350 PLN (approx. 80 EUR)
EAJS non-members - 750 PLN (approx. 175 EUR)
Accompanying person fee - 350 PLN

students - 290 PLN (approx. 63 EUR)
scientists under 35 - 290 PLN (approx. 63 EUR)
Polish session coordinators - 290 PLN (approx. 63 EUR)
full and associate members of EAJS – 400 PLN (approx. 92 EUR)
EAJS non-members - 850 PLN (approx. 200 EUR)
Accompanying person fee - 350 PLN

The fee in PLN includes the credit card transaction surcharges.
In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.

* Early registration fee will be accepted only if it is received before March 31st, 2018. After this date only regular registration fee will be accepted.

tick the choosen registration fee and click Pay on-line button.
there will be automatic transfer to the payment system (Polcard)

Bank transfer
log in to your account and click Edit registration fees link.
choose payments and invoices tab. You will find there bank transfer data.
bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference name (EAJS 2018 Krakow).

Cancellation policy
All cancellations have to be confirmed in writing to: konferencje@uj.edu.pl.
Cancellation before April 30th, 2018: full refund minus the banking charges.
Cancellation after April 30th, 2018: no refund.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Invoices

Participants who need an invoice should provide relevant data during the registration process.
The invoice will be issued only after the payment is completed.
If a pro-forma invoice is necessary, please send the request to konferencje@uj.edu.pl.
Please, indicate the name of the conference (EAJS 2018) in the e-mail title.

A note for Jagiellonian University affiliates

The employees and students of the Jagiellonian University should not provide invoice data in the registration system.
Instead, they should email a request for issuing an accounting note ("nota wewnętrzna") to konferencje@uj.edu.pl.
The request should contain: participant name, the name of a university unit (faculty, institute) and its address.
